- Clients are responsible for providing accurate information at the time of booking, including names, contact details, and travel preferences.
- Confirmation of bookings and reservations will be communicated to clients via email or other agreed-upon means.
2. Payments:
- Payment terms vary depending on the type of service booked and may include deposits, partial payments, or full payments.
- Payments can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or other approved methods as specified by FlyXpert.
- Failure to make timely payments may result in cancellation of bookings or reservations, subject to cancellation policies of suppliers.
3. Cancellations and Changes:
- Cancellation policies of airlines, hotels, and other service providers apply to all bookings.
- Clients may be subject to cancellation fees or penalties depending on the timing of the cancellation and the policies of the supplier.

4. Travel Documents:
- It is the responsibility of clients to ensure that they have valid passports, visas, and any other required travel documents for their trip.
- FlyXpert is not liable for any expenses or losses incurred due to incomplete or incorrect travel documentation.
5. Travel Insurance:
- We strongly recommend that clients purchase travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances such as trip cancellations, medical emergencies, or lost luggage.
- FlyXpert can assist clients in obtaining travel insurance, but the decision to purchase is at the client's discretion.
6. Liability and Responsibilities:
- FlyXpert acts as an agent for third-party suppliers (airlines, hotels, tour operators, etc.) and is not liable for any acts, omissions, or errors of these suppliers.
- We are not responsible for losses, damages, injuries, or expenses incurred during travel, including but not limited to accidents, delays, or changes in itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances.
7. Client Responsibilities:
- Clients are responsible for complying with the laws, regulations, and customs of the countries visited during their trip.
- Clients are responsible for their personal belongings and valuables during travel. [Travel Company Name] is not liable for lost or stolen items.
8. Privacy Policy:
